So this is the first blog I wanted to write. Just a little bit of background about Pure Indian Art. And about me.

I studied accounts but ended up with a life in jewelry, art and fashion. How?

Purely from my love for the art and craft, which I discovered as I went through life, and continue to discover each day! I spent a good part of my life in Varanasi, a beautiful city by the banks of the holy Ganges river in India. I discovered the many hidden treasures there, from Batik prints to beautiful embroidered dupatta scarves, bindis to earrings, bangles to necklaces. I love everything that is authentically Indian. And through PureIndianArt I want to bring that authentic Indian art and craft to you. Hope you will see the touch of India in everything listed here. I source the majority of items directly from the craftsmen and artisans in India. I also make my own jewelry. I usually sell these directly to customers. My online selling venture is very new, and I hope to learn as I go. Welcome to my world, please feel free to pass your feedback to make it work for you!
